What is the format for a Custom BOD zipfile?

I need to create a custom BOD document for ION, currently MT.  I don't remember the format of the zip file needed to import.

 You have to create a very specific zip file format.

1.     Create a Folder with the noun of the BOD
2.     Create in that Folder a folder called "BOD"
3.     Create another Folder with the noun of the BOD
4.     In that folder, create two files:
       NounName.xml
       NounName.xsd
5.     The XML contains the metadata for the BOD
6.     The XSD contains the noun schema
