Description:

If a customer needs to whitelist the Outbound IP addresses that  ION / ION API /Ming.le/IDM will communicate to them from, they can refer to the following, depending on their deployment region. All IPs listed for your region, need to be whitelisted. 


Note, these are not the public facing IP addresses for URL, such as https://mingle-portal.inforcloudsuite.com.  This IP are only for our outbound communication to customers. They are not tied to any DNS entry.

As of 4/21/2022 those addresses are still listed on the Knowledge Base article.  The article was last updated by Infor on 04 Aug 2020 10:33 AM EST.  This comment was added.


The IP Addresses here are not the IP for the URL - i.e. mingle-portal.inforcloudsuite.com. They are our outbound (NAT) IP addresses that are used when our applications communicate to customers. URL, such as mingle-portal.inforcloudsuite.com do not have static IP addresses, they are dynamic.
