Why can't I override an Auth Failure in CenPOS?

I have a failed transaction in M3 for CenPOS failed error message saying Supervisor Approval required.  However, when I go to the CenPOS Virtual Terminal, I can't override.

Supervisor Override is a feature that allows users to override the "Rejected by Merchant Parameters" response when a transaction is rejected due to address, zip, or CVV mismatch. It is permitted on Sale transactions, but there was a gap in our documentation that didn't clarify that this feature isn't allowed on the Authorization transaction type.

Note 

• For PO Boxes, leave out the words in the address, just enter the PO Box Number.
• For Addresses with just names and a Door, enter just the door number
• Must inform card verification number means a CVV issue
  

Use the M3 Inquiry function to get an update on the error message if you see Supervisor Approval required.

Right now, being in the Blank Division causes auths not to save no matter the outcome.
