How to refresh another 'List Widget' after submitting data from the ''Form Widget'?

There are two widgets as 'List Widget' and 'Form Widget'. I have bound a data(PID) from 'List Widget' to the text box of the Form Widget. After submitting data from the 'Form Widget', that 'List Widget' should be refresh.

How to bind data from two data services to the separate text boxes of a 'form widget' ?

There is a way to bind two data services to the 'form widget' text boxes, but not loading data into them properly. Ex: There is a main grid (APS100) and a list widget, once clicked on the record of the main grid, a data(Supplier no) should be bound to one text box of the 'Form Widget'; once clicked on the list widget, a data(PID) should be bound to another text box in the same form widget.
